Two new photo galleries of HPC Elite Team added to HPC multi-media

Two new photo galleries of the HPC Elite Team in action were added to the photo gallery section of our site. The first is of USATF 60m finalist, Alie Israel, winning the 60m at the Dick Taylor Invite in Chapel Hill two weeks before her breakthrough performance at the indoor national championships. The second gallery is of Eric Broadbent representing the HPC Elite Team at the USATF Indoor Multi-Event National Championships.

Brandon Roulhac joins HPC Elite

HPC is proud to welcome triple jumper Brandon Roulhac to our growing stable of elite athletes. Brandon joins the HPC Elite team off a successful indoor track campaign that saw him bring home his first USATF National Championship. With Brandon on the team, HPC Elite now boasts 4 of the top triple jumpers in the United States.

HPC enters partnership with Garage Gym Store

Human Performance Consulting is proud to announce a partnership with The Garage Gym Store. The Garage Gym Store is quickly becoming a leader in affordable yet high quality equipment. They will become the exclusive bumper plate and kettlebell provider for the HPC training facility. HPC will perform product testing and development for the company.

HPC Elite Member Babatunde Ridley wins Aztec Track and Field Classic

HPC Elite Team member, Babatunde Ridley, competed in and won the men's long jump at the Aztec Track and Field Classic at San Diego State University. His best performance for the day was a jump of 7.17m.

Mike Young accepts invitation to speak at Beijing Sports University

HPC's Dr. Mike Young has received and accepted an invitation from the Beijing Sports University and the Chinese Track and Field Association to speak at the Beijing Sports University at a week long symposium entitle "Throws Training" from May 24-31st. Dr. Young has served as the biomechanist for America's top shot putters for the past 8 years.

HPC Elite Member Eric Broadbent finished 5th in USATF Heptathlon Championships

Multi-eventer, Eric Broadbent, represented the HPC Elite track team for the first time this weekend by competing in the USA Track & Field indoor multi-event championship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In his first USATF national championship, Eric finished fifth in the 2 day heptathlon.

HPC Elite Member Nick Newman wins long jump at Trojan Relays

HPC Elite Team member, Nick Newman, won the long jump at the Trojan Relays held at the University of Southern California. Despite only having 4 attempts, Nick's best jump of 7.55m bested a good field including a former Jamaican National Champion long jumper.

HPC Elite Member Alie Israel finishes 8th at USATF Indoor Championships

HPC Elite Team member, Alie Israel finished 8th in the 60m at the USATF Indoor National Championships with a time of 7.48 seconds. Earlier in the day, Alie ran a lifetime best 7.38 seconds in the semi-final round to qualify for the final.

HPC Elite Member Alonzo Moore takes 3rd place at USATF Indoor Nationals

HPC Elite Team member, Alonzo Moore took 3rd place at the USATF Indoor National Championships in the triple jump. His jump of 15.61m was a seasonal best and the placing was his best ever at a USATF National Championship.

HPC Elite Member Alie Israel qualifies for 60m final at USATF Indoor Championships

HPC Elite Team member, Alie Israel, ran a lifetime personal best of 7.38 seconds in the semi-finals of the USATF Indoor National Championship 60m to post the 8th fastest time and qualify for the finals. This time bettered her previous lifetime best of 7.52 seconds.
