HPC's Mike Young taught the biomechanics, exercise physiology, biomotor development, and jumps curriculums at a USA Track & Field Coaches Education Level 1 school in Orlando, FL. Alie Israel runs 100m and 200m at Georgia Tech Invitational

HPC Elite Team member, Alie Israel, competed in the 100 meter and 200 meter dashes at the Georgia Tech Invitational. Despite battling illness, rain and headwinds, Alie ran 11.68 seconds for the 100 meter in to a 1.3 m/s head wind; and 23.94 seconds in the 200 meter.Brandon Roulhac wins Triple Jump at Georgia Tech Invitational

HPC Elite Team member, Brandon Roulhac, won the men's triple jump at the Georgia Tech Invitational. HPC is proud to announce a partnership with PoleFlyers track club. PoleFlyers is a non-profit, USA Track & Field sanctioned sports club offering indoor and outdoor pole vault training and events. In it's short existence, the club has established itself as the premier pole vault club in North Carolina and is known for providing a safe environment in which to learn to pole vault and jump at the highest level of competition. HPC Elite Team member, Alie Israel, smashed two personal bests at the Seminole Twilight Invitational held on the campus of Florida State University. Despite running with severe allergies, Alie broke her 3 week old personal best (11.62) in the 100 meters by running 11.57 seconds to win the event. About two hours later, Alie returned to the track to run the 200 meters. She again won the event and established a new lifetime personal best. Her time of 23.72 improved on her previous personal best (24.19) by almost half a second.
