HPC Elite Team member and recent USA National Champion triple jumper, Brandon Roulhac, competed at the 12th IAAF World Championships today. Brandon jumped 16.94 meters in the qualifying round. This performance placed him 13th in the qualifying round and he was the last jumper to not advance to the finals. HPC is proud of Brandon and knows that the experience gained at this, his first major championship, will only serve to make him better in the upcoming years.HPC Elite Team member Brandon Roulhac featured in Tallahassee Democrat

The LA Racing Dragons won the 200m race at the Long Beach Dragon Boat Tournament in Long Beach, CA in dominating fashion last week. In addition to this win, the LARD team placed 2nd in the Open division; LARD Black team took 3rd in the Final 1A; and the LARD women's team placed 4th in the Women's Open Division.HPC opens Athletic Lab training center in the Triangle region of NC

Human Performance Consulting is proud to announce the opening of Athletic Lab, the official training center of HPC. The center is a 7,500 square foot center for sport science research and athletic development training nestled in the heart of the North Carolina Triangle region. The center is less than 10 minutes from Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Durham and only 2 miles away from the RDU International airport.
