Mike Young and Andrew Allden made up half of the instructional staff for a USA Track and Field Level 1 Coaches Education school in Richmond, VA. Young instructed the Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, Training Theory, and Throwing event curriculums and Allden taught Philosophy and Ethics, and the Endurance events curriculums.Mike Young teaches USATF Level 1 Course

HPC's Mike Young traveled to Boca Raton, FL to teach the biomechanics, exercise physiology, training theory, sport psychology, jumps and throws curriculums at the USA Track & Field Coaches Education school on October 16-18. Last weekend, HPC's Mike Young taught the USATF Level 1 Coaches Education school at Villanova University. Dr. Young joined the staff of Andrew Allden, Glen McAtee and Loren Seagrave. He taught the biomechanics, exercise physiology, training theory, and jumps curriculum.Page 1 of 1 pages
