Young and Allden teach coaches in San Diego

That’s why I started working with Mike [Young], I wanted to get faster. Clearly, I’m the fastest guy on the team as anybody can see. I’m like lightning. I wanted to get stronger and once you get the kinks out and get your touches back, your feel stronger, fitter. You’re able to muscle guys off the ball, so that’s what I’m trying to incorporate this year.
