HPC Elite's Jon McDowell turned in his fourth consecutive life time best in the 60m hurdles. His time of 7.92 secondwatch the event and set a new club record at the JDL Invitational in Winston-Salem, NC. HPC's Dr. Mike Young led the USTFCCCA's Track & Field Technical Certification (TFTC) course in Albuquerque, NM. The TFTC is the only professional certification course in the United States available for Track & Field coaches.Young works with elite athletes in Fayetteville, AR

HPC's Dr. Mike Young travelled to Fayetteville, AR to work with some of the elite athletes competing at the USATF Classic. Carin Knight turned in a seasonal best of 1.75m to win the women's high jump at the JDL Fast Track Invitational in Winston-Salem, NC. Joining Carin with strong performances were Jon McDowell and Eric Broadbent who both set personal bests in the 60m hurdles of 7.92 seconds and 8.03 seconds respectively. The HPC Elite Olympic development team competed in Chapel Hill, NC this weekend. Brandon Quarles took second place in the triple jump, Carin Knight placed 3rd in the high jump and Jon McDowell won the 60m Hurdles with a new personal best and club record time of 7.93 seconds.Page 1 of 1 pages
