Mike Young and Andrew Allden to instruct USATF Level 1 in Charleston, SC

HPC's Mike Young and Andrew Allden are set to instruct a USA Track & Field Level 1 coaches certification course in Charleston, SC on July 9-11. Young will teach biomechanics, exercise physiology, biomotor development for speed-power athletes, sprints / hurdles / relays, and the jumps curriculums. Allden will teach philosophy and ethics of coaching as well as the endurance curriculums.
