I finally threw shot put today and noticed a lot of significant gains compared to just last spring.  I still have a lot of work to do with technique but the weight lifting in all events specifically work capacity/strength endurance when running has gotten a ton better since lifting under your program.

Online Training

Not nearby? Can't visit our training center? That's ok because HPC offers world-class training programs and coaching for long distance coaching. As with our on-site training, the athlete will undergo a complete physical evaluation that will be used to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. Armed with this knowledge, a training program will be designed that will be used to address your weaknesses and enhance your strengths. Our training programs and consultation can be as basic or advanced as you would like, ranging from customized program design to one-on-one coaching along with research grade nutritional, psychological and biomechancial analysis.

Clients using our online training option have special access to our website including a progress log, an exercise video library of over 600 exercises and optional video analysis. Team Trainingtraining

The team training is aimed at sports teams looking to enhance their performance. We work with the team to provide services such as strength and speed training, skill development and acquisition, psychological evaluations, and team building activities.
