  • Do you want to train like the best athletes in the world?
  • Do you want to work with a coach who is recognized as a leader in the field of science-based athletic development?
  • Do you want to be the best you can possibly be?

If you answered yes to these questions then you’re in the right place!

I just want to echo how excited I am that I IMPROVED OVER ONE TENTH OF A SECOND IN THE 60 METER DASH. We really only did about 6-8 weeks of workouts and now I’m at a world class level-

I finally threw shot put today and NOTICED A LOT OF SIGNIFICANT GAINS COMPARED TO JUST LAST SPRING.  I still have a lot of work to do with technique but the weight lifting in all events specifically work capacity/strength endurance when running has gotten a ton better since lifting under your program-
